CybersecurityHQ Quarterly Risk Snapshot — {{first_name | Reader}}

Q1 is done. We published the Q1 structural snapshot today, a versioned external record of registry state across the coverage window.

The headline finding is verification collapse. Thirteen independent signals across identity infrastructure, network appliances, execution pipelines, and management planes confirm the same thing: deployed security tools can no longer serve as evidence that those tools are working. Not a maturity problem. Not a tooling gap. A structural condition.

The snapshot covers that plus three others: execution pipelines without validation primitives, management plane authority outside identity enforcement, and vendor attestations that don't hold as operational evidence. The full position and assumption manifests are included as well.

Citable, versioned, built to survive scrutiny.
